Older Americans are increasingly turning to the Internet for health information.
The National Institute on Aging in collaboration with the National Library
of Medicine has designed a Web site with these older adults in mind. NIHSeniorHealth features
short, easy-to-read segments of information that can be accessed in a variety
of formats, including various large-print type sizes, open-captioned videos
and an audio version. Topics include sleep and aging; taste and smell;
eye diseases; stroke, osteoporosis and more.
