The Center is involved in a variety of community groups and activities. Some examples include associations with the Mid-Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, the Boone County Social Indicators Project, the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Missouri End-of-Life Coalition, the Central Missouri Area Agency on Aging, the Aging Services Collaborative and the Columbia Disabilities Commission.

The Center also collaborates with university-related community-based organizations, agencies and centers, such as the Senior Assessment and Geriatric Evaluation Clinic, Adult Day Connection, TigerPlace, Donald W. Reynolds Programs in Geriatrics, Center for Health Policy, Life Sciences Center, Acute Care for the Elderly unit and more.
