2008 Caring for the Frail Elderly Conference

Pre-Conference:

An Interactive Session with Frederick S. Zweig: “Full-Spectrum Communication on Recognizing
and Recovering from the Repressed Fear of Death”

8 - 11:30 a.m. August 15, 2008

Limiting ideas about death negatively impact every aspect of human life. Can we lead a productive and fulfilling life and still view death as a positive experience? Frederick Zweig presents a vision culminating his 70-year quest. Born in 1920, as a teenager he began what became a life-long study of the human condition, and a quest to identify and apply the common elements of ancient metaphysics, depth psychology and the philosophical implications of quantum physics. Zweig will not only affirm our capacity to live fully and face death fearlessly at the same time, but he also demonstrates a process and practice to reduce unnecessary suffering, despair and meaninglessness.
