18th Annual Caring for the Frail Elderly Conference

The 18th Annual Caring for the Frail Elderly Conference, attended by approximately 250 physicians, nurses, social workers, nursing home administrators, pharmacists, attorneys and others, invites you to submit a poster for a poster session and reception at 5 p.m. August 15. Posters will be peer-reviewed, and the presenter will receive free registration to the conference.
Eligibility: Any faculty member or graduate student who has completed (or will have completed) an aging-related research or educational project within the past two years is eligible to submit a poster.Any previously prepared poster that has been accepted by and/or presented at another aging-related conference is eligible as a submission.
Content: The only content requirement is that the posters focus on an aging-related topic. Although the focus of the conference is caring for the frail elderly, the poster session will be more general in scope covering a wide range of aging-related topics.
How to Submit a Poster: Submit the following information by e-mail to David Oliver, assistant director of the MU Interdisciplinary Center on Aging, at oliverd@missouri.edu:
Title of Poster
Your full name, degree, department, and e-mail address
-- if more than one, the above information on each author
Poster abstract – not to exceed 400 words
-- include three objectives of the presentation in the abstract
Deadline: Deadline is July 25, 2008. Early submissions are preferred. You will receive a confirmation and notice of acceptance within two weeks of your submission.
